On February 5, 2010 the Venezuelan Government took over Sivensa’s subsidiaries Venprecar CA and Orinoco Iron SCS, and on February 8, 2011 the Venezuelan Government declared the property condemnation of all Sociedad Mercantil Siderurgica del Turbio SA’s property and real estates.
