The Trust may invest up to 20% of its total assets in municipal securities rated below investment grade or that are unrated but determined by the adviser to be of comparable quality at the time of purchase. The Trust may invest all or a substantial portion of its total assets in municipal securities that may subject certain investors to the federal alternative minimum tax. The Trust's investment adviser is Invesco Advisers, Inc.
