The Fund may invest up to 25% of its total assets in convertible debentures and bonds with warrants attached, provided that the Fund does not have, as a direct result of any such investment, more than 20% of its total assets invested in equity securities. The Fund's investment adviser is Invesco Advisers, Inc.
