The Trust’s investment objective is to provide a high level of current income which is exempt from federal income tax. The Trust will invest at least 80% of its net assets in Municipal Obligations, except during temporary defensive periods. The remaining portion of the Trust’s net assets may be invested in temporary investments and in options and futures. Under normal circumstances, the Trust expects that substantially greater than 80% of its net assets will be invested in Municipal Obligations. Municipal Obligations consist of Municipal Bonds, Municipal Notes and Municipal Commercial Paper, including such obligations purchased on a when issued or delayed delivery basis. The Trust may also invest in other types of Municipal Obligations, including rated or non-rated higher quality or lower quality Municipal Obligations. The Trust's investment adviser is Invesco Advisers, Inc.
