The company may invest up to 15% of its Managed Assets in inverse floating rate securities. The Fund's portfolio includes tax obligation/limited, transportation, education and civic organizations, utilities, long term care, tax obligation/general, consumer staples and industrials. Nuveen Fund Advisors, LLC is the Fund's investment adviser.
