The company is headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska. The Company’s Affordable Multifamily Investments segment consists of its portfolio of MRBs, governmental issuer loans (GILs) and related taxable MRBs, taxable GILs, and property loans that have been issued to provide construction and/or permanent financing for multifamily residential and commercial properties in their market areas. The Seniors and Skilled Nursing Investments segment provides acquisition, construction and permanent financing for seniors housing and skilled nursing properties and a property loan associated with a master lease of essential healthcare support buildings. The MF Properties segment consists primarily of student housing residential properties. The Market-Rate Joint Venture Investments segment consists of its noncontrolling joint venture equity investments in market-rate multifamily properties.
