The Fund's secondary investment objective is to provide capital appreciation. Under normal market conditions, at least 80% of the Fund's total assets will be invested in debt instruments. The Fund may invest directly in debt instruments or synthetically using derivatives. The Fund has no restrictions on portfolio maturity or duration of the debt securities in which it may invest.
