About the Role

We are looking for a Content Marketing & SEO Growth Manager to lead our organic growth initiatives. In this hands-on, high-impact role, you will create valuable content, enhance our search visibility, and drive high-intent users to our platform.

This position is ideal for someone who excels at combining strategic thinking with strong execution.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Content Marketing Excellence

- Design and execute a content strategy that educates, inspires, and converts Musaffa’s global audience.

- Develop high-quality, SEO-optimized content including blogs, guides, whitepapers, and resources for Musaffa Academy.

- Own and manage the content calendar to ensure consistency and alignment with business goals.

- Repurpose content into multimedia formats (videos, infographics, social posts) to expand reach and boost engagement.

2. Advanced SEO Optimization

- Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy to expand organic traffic and improve rankings.

- Conduct in-depth keyword research aligned with user intent and high-value search terms.

- Optimize all on-page SEO elements, including metadata, headers, and structured data.

- Manage off-page SEO initiatives such as link building, partnerships, and content collaborations.

- Perform regular technical SEO audits and address issues impacting crawlability, indexability, and performance.

3. Growth & Performance Tracking

- Use tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and GSC to monitor and analyze performance.

- Track KPIs including organic traffic, search rankings, CTRs, and user engagement.

- Conduct A/B tests to refine content, SEO tactics, and conversion strategies.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work with the social media team to amplify content across platforms.

- Partner with product and marketing teams to align content and SEO with feature launches and campaigns.

- Collaborate with the Community Growth Manager to support referral programs and promote user-generated content.

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Expertise

- 3+ years of experience in content marketing, SEO, or digital growth, with a proven record of driving organic results.

- Demonstrated ability to create and optimize content for both search engines and user engagement.

- Strong technical SEO understanding, including mobile-first optimization and site performance improvements.

Education

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, Journalism, or related fields (preferred).

Skills & Knowledge

- Advanced proficiency in SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog).

- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.

- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and social media channels.

Nice-to-Have

- Experience in fintech, ethical investing, or SaaS startups.

- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for technical SEO implementation.
