The firm also produces gypsum in different forms, which are distributed under the Fertiyeso, Volcanita, Super, Express and Casoprano. As of December 31, 2012, the Company owned such subsidiaries as Transportes Yeso Ltda, Aislantes Volcan SA, Minera Lo Valdes Ltda, Inversiones Volcan SA, Fibrocementos Volcan Ltda and Soluciones Constructivas Volcan SAC. Forestal Peumo SA is the Company’s major shareholder with 34.80% of its interest.
