Tower Resources Plc engages in exploration and development of oil and gas resources. The Company’s focus is on advancing its operations in Cameroon to deliver cash flow through short-cycle development and rapid production with long-term upside, and de-risking exploration licenses through acquiring 3D seismic data in the emerging oil and gas provinces of Namibia and South Africa. The Company, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Tower Resources Cameroon S.A, holds a 100% interest in the shallow-water Thali Production Sharing Contract (PSC) in the Rio del Rey basin, offshore Cameroon. Through its subsidiary, Tower Resources (Namibia) Limited, it has an agreement covering an 80% operating interest in Blocks 1910A, 1911 and 1912B (PEL 96). The company also holds a 50% interest in the Algoa-Gamtoos licence, offshore South Africa, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Rift Petroleum Limited.
