The Company’s portfolio includes uranium deposits in the north-eastern goldfields region of Western Australia known as Centipede-Millipede, Lake Maitland, Lake Way, Dawson Hinkler and Nowthanna. The Centipede-Millipede, Lake Maitland and Lake Way deposits collectively form the Wiluna Uranium Project (Wiluna Uranium Project). The Dawson Hinkler and Nowthanna deposits are advanced exploration prospects. Wiluna Uranium Project is centered on its planned processing facility located 30 kilometers (km) south of the town of Wiluna in the northern goldfields of Western Australia. Its Theseus Uranium Project is located near Lake Mackay on the Western Australian/Northern Territory border; and has an interest in an incorporated joint venture with Deep Yellow Limited that owns prospective exploration tenure in Namibia.
