The Building Materials segment comprises Delta Corporation Limited, which manufactures and supplies precast and prestressed concrete elements. The South Connect Jandakot segment comprises the South Connect- Jandakot Logistics Estate, a 34-hectare (ha) property asset located south of the Perth CBD. The property includes developable land zoned for a variety of commercial uses and 6.2ha with manufacturing facilities leased to Austral Masonry Holdings.
