The company also supplies its sugar to national and multinational companies manufacturing beverages, biscuits & snacks and confectionaries. The green energy business comprises ethanol (for blending into petrol) and electricity production. Ethanol is produced directly from cane juice or derived from molasses. The company produces three grades of Ethanol at distilleries: Absolute Alcohol (AA) or Ethanol for fuel blending, Extra Neutral Alcohol (ENA), and Rectified Spirit (RS). The company supplies its various grades of ethanol to its customers, the oil marketing industry, the potable alcohol industry, and the chemical industries.
