Its affiliates include Coviares SA, involved in the construction and exploitation of the Argentinean highways La Plata-Buenos Aires, the Riberena on the Federal Capital and the Nuevo Puente over El Riachuelo, and Covimet SA, engaged in the construction, conservation and exploitation of the northern path of the Argentinean Highway 9 de Julio. The company also holds minor stakes in Lismore International SA, Benito Roggio e Hijos SA and Comsa SA, among others.
