Its Botolan Mining Claim has an approved MPSA (no. 315-2010-III) that covers approximately 5,081 hectares located in the town of Botolan, Zambales. Its subsidiary, Bountiful Geomines Inc. (BGI), has an exploration permit (EP) application with the MGB covering the Manticao Mining Claim, approximately 1,946 hectares located in Manticao, Misamis Oriental. Masbate13 Philippines, Inc. (Masbate13), one of the Company’s subsidiaries through Oregalore, Inc. (OI), has an EP, denominated as EP-V-2008-05.
