The firm is organized into two business segments: the Real Estate segment covers the management, construction, reconstruction and the establishment of housing buildings and towers in different areas in Cairo, Giza and Alexandria, and the Tourism segment is engaged in the provision of hospitality management activities through managing and operating the Meridian Heliopolis Hotel that consists of 318 rooms. The Company’s projects include Hafez Ramdan Building, Nakhla El-Motey Building and Elsefarat project-1, among others. In August, 2013, the Company sold five units in Nakhle Al Mutaie building project, and eight units from Hafez Ramadan building project.
