The 38 square kilometer (3,800 hectares) property consists of one Mining License and one Exploration License, collectively the Yandoit Project. The Esquilache silver project comprising the Esquilache underground silver mine, and the adjacent Virgen de Chapi prospect is located in the Puno Department of Southern Peru. The Stavely Projects include three mining projects comprising six exploration licenses that include the 82 square kilometers Fosterville East Project located in central Victoria and the 27 square kilometers Lefroy and 142 square kilometers Mathinna projects.
