The Company’s main activities comprise the operation of dockyard and warehouses; management of port sites; provision of cargo loading and unloading services; transportation and mobilization of all types of raw materials, products, parts, machinery and general merchandise; exploitation of all kinds of ships and boats, as well as the import and export all kinds of goods and products, among others. As of December 31, 2011, Compania de Inversiones Transoceanica SA was the Company’s majority shareholder with 24.29% of its interest. On December 28, 2012, the Company completed the sale of its total stake in its subsidiary Ingeport SA to Servicios Maritimos Oxxean SA.
