The Cerro Minas Property covers an area of approximately 900 hectares, located in the state of Oaxaca, Mexico. The Ralleau property is located within the Abitibi greenstone belt approximately 40 km east of Quevillon, Quebec and covers an area of approximately 2,028 hectares. The First Green Lithium Property is located in Cadillac-Pontiac lithium camp in the Abitibi Temiscamingue region, approximately 75 kilometers southwest of Val-d’Or, Quebec and covers an area of approximately 12,326 hectares.
