Mineral tenure consists of about 92 map-designated claims, covering 5,212 hectares. The firm is targeting three different deposit styles on Bonanza: Archean lode-gold systems, Banded-iron formation gold and Polymetallic volcanogenic massive sulfide (VMS) mineralization. The company has also entered into a definitive purchase agreement to acquire an approximately 65% interest in the Red Cliff Property, as well as a 100% interest in the Premier East Property. The Red Cliff Property consists of a series of crown grants located in the Skeena Mining Division in the Province of British Columbia.
