Linz Textil Holding AG engages in the development, manufacture and sale of textile products. The firm is engaged in the production of textile semi-finished products as well as in the production and in the distribution of terry products. The firm has four business segments : Textile semi-finished products, Textile finished products and Real estate. The Textile semi-finished products segment particularly concerns products such as yarns and raw fabrics. These are therefore referred to as semi-finished products because they require further processing by the customer (these are textile processing companies) is required. The Textile Finished Products segment, on the other hand, includes products for end customers, such as towels and bathrobes, assigned. The Real Estate segment essentially includes real estate assets as well as receivables, Liabilities and provisions. This segment also includes a provision for pensions and the associated securities.
