The company combines two complementary investments, being the La Trobe Australian Credit Fund's 12-Month Term Account and La Trobe US Private Credit Fund's Class A Units. The Fund's investment objective is to generate strong risk-adjusted returns with consistent income via exposure to a diversified portfolio of high-quality Australian mortgage assets, U.S. private credit assets, cash and cash equivalents. The 12-Month Term Account invests predominantly in loans secured by first mortgages, with the exception of cash, cash deposits or other asset allocation mandates for the account. The La Trobe US Private Credit Fund provides Australian investors with the opportunity to participate in a generational investment thematic supporting the rebuild of the U.S. middle market through a defensive portfolio of directly originated, predominantly senior secured loans provided to U.S. middle market companies.
