The principal activity of the Company is manufacturing and sale of sugar. Its segments include Sugar, Distillery and Power. The Company’s manufacturing units are located in District Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh. The Sugar Division of the Company has a crushing capacity of approximately 9500 tons per day and produces white crystal sugar and raw sugar for domestic consumption and export. The Distillery division of the Company has a capacity of about 50 kilolitre per day (KLPD) and manufactures rectified spirit, ethanol and extra neutral alcohol. The firm operates a 25 MW bagasse-based co-generation power plant at Motinagar, Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh. The firm supplies the power to Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited (UPPCL). The company manufactures and sells three grades of sugar in jute bags, as well as in PP bags. On the basis of quality and size, products are under L 31, M 31, M 30, S 31 and S 30.
