The firm operates through six segments: Sugar, Chemicals, Power and Fuel, Engineering, Urad Dal and Others. The firm's geographical segments include Sales within India and Sales outside India. The firm has two sugar factories located in Krishna District Andhra Pradesh having an aggregate crushing capacity of 11,500 tons per day. The firm has installed 15 megawatts (M.W) and five M.W Co-generation plants in its sugar units at Vuyyuru and Lakshmipuram, Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh. Its subsidiaries include The Eimco-K.C.P. Limited, and KCP Sugars Agricultural Research Farms Limited.
