The firm is also active in the management and exploitation of toll roads. The firm owned three subsidiaries Aufe SAC, Semecar SA and Aunor SA, as well as it held minor stakes in Covisur SA, Autopistas del Sol SA, Probiar SA and AEBA SA. In addition, Dragados SA was the Company’s majority shareholder.
