Greenvale Energy Ltd. engages in the exploration of mineral properties. The company is headquartered in Spring Hill, Queensland. The firm has a 100% interest in the advanced high grade Oasis Uranium project. The Oasis deposit and associated regional uranium anomalism are contained with EPM 27565, which cover 53 subblocks over an area of 90 square kilometers (km2) and located 250 km west of Townsville and 50 km west of Greenvale in FNQ. Its 100%-owned Alpha Torbanite Project is located approximately 50km south of the town of Alpha in Central Queensland. Its Alpha Torbanite deposit consists of two seams, namely an upper and lower seam, which sit at the base of the Colinlea Sandstone. Its other uranium projects include Douglas River Project, Tobermorey Project, Elkedra Project and Henbury Project. The company also has applied for six Geothermal sites around Queensland, with the jewel of the crown consisting of three applications in the Millungera Basin and has EPMs in both Julia Creek and Longreach.
