The company operates in an area that comprises 1,729 kilometers of railway tracks between the municipalities of La Calera and Puerto Montt and connects seven Chilean regions. As of December 31, 2011, the Company owned fully consolidated subsidiary Transportes FEPASA Ltda. In addition, Puerto Ventanas SA was the Company’s majority shareholder with 51.82% of its interest.
