The Company’s products portfolio includes sacks made with natural fibers and synthetic fabrics; threads, ropes and braids; plants support and baling; cartonplast for the packaging of perishable products and construction materials; plastic meshes, and plastic and polypropylene straps, among others. In addition, the Company carries out its operations through its facilities located in the department of Antioquia. As of December 31, 2011, the Company owned such subsidiaries as Texcomercial SA and a 60% stake in Texcomercial EMA - Ecuador, as well as it also held minor stakes in such entities as Promotora de Hoteles de Turismo SA, Promotora de Proyectos SA, Centro de exposiciones SA and Setas Colombianas SA.
