As of December 31, 2011, the Company owned such subsidiaries as Copeval Agroindustrias SA, Copeval Servicios SA and Copeval Capacitacion SA, as well as it held a 40.38% stake in FIP Proveedores COPEVAL, and it was 22.6%-owned by Comercial Huechuraba Ltda.
