Colombina SA engages in the manufacture of food products. The firm's products portfolio comprises a variety of candies, lollipops, snacks, cookies, chocolates, cakes, milk derivates, ice cream and deserts, which are marketed under such brands as La Constancia, Ponky, Robin Hood, Dandy, Splot and Snow Mint, among others. In addition, the Company has license permits to distribute the Van Camps canned fish products, as well as the Buendia coffee products. The Company’s facilities include six production plants: La Paila, Colombina del Cauca, La Constancia, Procalidad, Inalac- Lis and Robin Hood. As of December 31, 2011, the Company owned such subsidiaries as Arlequin Comercial SA, Productos Lacteos Robin Hood SA, Representaciones Dulces Colombina SA, Pierrot Ltda and Colombina de Venezuela CA, among others. In June 2013, it acquired a 100% stake in C.I. Comexa SA (Comexa).
