The Company’s segments include Network, Coal and Bulk. The Network segment manages the provision of access to the CQCN rail infrastructure and operation and maintenance of the network. The Coal segment provides transport of metallurgical and thermal coal from mines in Queensland and New South Wales to domestic customers and coal export terminals. The Bulk segment provides integrated supply chain services, including rail and road transportation, port services and material handling for a range of mining, metal, industrial and agricultural customers throughout Australia. This segment also manages the Tarcoola-to-Darwin rail infrastructure, and the intrastate rail freight network in South Australia, and containerized freight services between Adelaide and Darwin. The company transports more than 250 million tons of Australian commodities, connecting miners, primary producers and industry with international and domestic markets.
