The Operating Leases segment focuses on leasing vehicles and equipment to its customers. The Real Estate and Asset Management segment is responsible for buying, selling, and investing in real estate, as well as managing investment funds. The Proprietary Investment Management segment handles the Company’s own investments in securities, provides financing to clients, and manages liquidity. Its subsidiaries include East Gate Real Estate Company WLL, Jahraa mall and among others.
